This session is intended for participants who attended Zach's PBX Hawaii keynote and interactive workshop or who already have a working knowledge of generative AI and are ready to take their skills to the next level.
Building on the concepts introduced during Zach Giglio's presentations at PBX Hawaii, this advanced, hands-on session explores how today's most powerful AI tools can support more sophisticated, construction-specific workflows. Participants will work through practical applications in estimating support, project documentation, contracts, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, reporting, business development and knowledge management while learning strategies that can be adapted to their own organizations.
Beyond individual prompts, attendees will learn how to design repeatable, multi-step AI workflows that improve consistency, save time and deliver more reliable results. The session will also cover techniques for validating AI-generated content, protecting company and project information, and ensuring human expertise remains at the center of every decision. Content will be tailored based on a pre-session member survey to focus on the topics of greatest interest.
