Join us for a free, live webinar, designed to increase awareness and understanding of ConsensusDocs, an industry-driven suite of more than 100 standard form construction contracts and documents developed by a diverse coalition of over 40 leading A/E/C (architecture, engineering, and construction) organizations.

ConsensusDocs are uniquely created through a consensus-based process that brings together owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers, and sureties to produce fair, balanced agreements that promote collaboration, incorporate industry best practices, and appropriately allocate risk to support better project outcomes and reduce costly disputes.

The session will include brief introductions from the ConsensusDocs team, followed by a guided tour of key documents and select addenda. Participants will also learn about the history and development of ConsensusDocs, including its coalition-driven approach and focus on advancing fairness in the construction contract process. The webinar will conclude with a short comparison of ConsensusDocs and other contract document platforms, along with ample time for audience questions and discussion.
