The foundation is dedicated to workforce development through programs like BreakingGround 808 Educator Externship Program, the GCA of Hawaii Construction Management Program at Hawaii Pacific University, support for a construction engineering professor at the UH College of Engineering, and other workforce development initiatives that connect students and educators with real-world industry experience.
