The proposed federal rescheduling of marijuana has raised important questions about workplace drug testing, safety programs, and employer compliance. While the process is still underway, organizations should understand what a move from Schedule I to Schedule III would—and would not—change. This webinar will separate fact from speculation, examine the potential impact on workplace drug testing and employer policies, explore the intersection of federal and state laws, and provide practical steps employers can take to maintain safe workplaces while preparing for future legal developments.
