GCA of Hawaii has partnered with UChapter2 to provide workflow-based Bluebeam Revu training courses for design and construction professionals.
Bluebeam Revu transforms PDFs into data-rich project documents, supporting everything from markup and measurement to takeoffs, estimates, and field collaboration.
All training is developed and delivered by uchapter2.com and led by Troy DeGroot, a Bluebeam Certified Instructor (BCI) recognized worldwide for helping teams improve accuracy, speed, and software adoption through customized, real-world workflows.
This course—tailored by UChapter2 specifically for administrative professionals—focuses on document prep and control tasks often overlooked in traditional Bluebeam software training. Learn to combine PDFs, apply redactions, use digital signatures, and manage key admin workflows with confidence.
Learning Objectives:● Extracting pages from existing documents● Use Redaction to quickly clean sensitive information from documents● Creating and applying digital signatures● Updating Page Labels● Applying headers and footers● Search document text and visual symbols● Apply stamps● Flag important content in documentsCourse Requirements (Technology & Participation)Please ensure you meet the following requirements:● Please go to the Revu > About menu in the upper left corner of the Bluebeam interface. You’re required to have Version 2018 or newer for our Bluebeam courses. If this same windows say Unassigned at the top, your IT department needs to assign you a license so you can login and use Bluebeam software. Make sure this is complete prior to class start time.● Attendance via tablet or phone is not recommended. You should have a mouse with a scroll wheel when attending this class. In Bluebeam there are several right-click shortcuts, and the wheel will help you zoom in/out on documents.● 2-screen computer set-up is recommended. This will allow you to watch the instructor on one screen while practicing on the other.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 10 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to gca@gcahawaii.org.
GCA reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
