Kelly Davis
National Account Representative & Marketing Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Kelly Davis has built a successful career rooted in health and safety. After spending a significant portion of her career as an EMT, phlebotomist, and physical therapy aide. Kelly has spent the past 11 years focused on workplace safety, managing programs including responding to non-life threatening injuries, assisting with drug testing programs, respiratory protection needs, training, administering field collections for biological monitoring programs, etc.. Her deep passion for workers' safety and her commitment to providing prompt, effective care has been the cornerstone of her professional journey.

Outside of her work, Kelly is an avid practitioner of Mixed Martial Arts and a guitarist. Her diverse interests reflect her drive for excellence in both physical and creative pursuits. Whether advocating for safety or refining her skills in the dojo or with her guitar, Kelly’s dedication to continuous growth and well-being defines her both personally and professionally.



Christina Richards
Senior Operations Manager

Christina Richards is the Senior Operations Manager for On-Site Health & Safety. She comes with a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a bachelors degree in Business Organizational Leadership. Christina has 8 years of experience in the health & safety industry responding to non-life-threatening injuries, assisting with drug testing programs, and safety training, as well as a previous background in a clinical setting for orthopedic medicine and pain management.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending quality time with family and indulging in a love for fishing. These activities provide a perfect balance and inspiration and focus for her professional endeavors.
