Multi-Day: Classes are held Monday through Thursday December 14, 15, 16, 17, 2026 | 10 AM – 6 PM EDT | 5 AM - 1 PM HST
Looking to advance in construction technology? Discover AGC’s BIM Education Program, tailored for all levels in the construction industry. This 32-hour program encompasses four in-depth units covering everything from BIM basics to advanced technology, project execution, and implementation strategies. It’s interactive, with real-world case studies, ensuring you gain practical, applicable skills. Completing the program qualifies you to earn the prestigious Certificate of Management – Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM), marking you as a leader in digital construction.
Schedule of Classes
Unit 1 – An Introduction to Building Information Modeling (3rd Edition) Unit 2 – BIM Technology Unit 3 – BIM Project Execution Planning Unit 4 – BIM Adoption, Implementation, and ROI
Courses will be offered online via the Zoom platform, a webcam is required for participation. Registration costs include all course participant’s materials.
Laptop is good with a separate tablet to access their etextbook.
Tablet or phone is ok with hardcopy textbook
Two mobile devices ok – one for the meeting and one for the e-textbook
For participation:
Camera, either built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.
Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred
Computer/device mic and speakers are ok if in private, quiet room.
Each student should be on their own computer/laptop/tablet, if possible. This will aid in learning and working within breakout groups during the course.
Meet Your Course Instructors:
Ariel Castillo
Ariel Castillo is the strategic process and VDC specialist at Miller-Davis Company. Working in the industry since 2010, he has become a reference in the Latin America region. He focuses on promoting and utilizing emerging technologies to create new experiences that allow companies to maximize resources, whether designing, building, maintaining, or selling a project. Ariel has proven his expertise by working on high-demand construction jobs, implementing new technologies, and incorporating new project delivery processes in multimillion-dollar projects. He also creates BIM content for the industry through his BIMnomad Newsletter and as a co-host on the Shared Coordinates podcast. Ariel was featured in 40 Under 40: Construction Champions of 2019.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must be to courses starting within 90 days of the original course start date. Send transfer requests to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
