2025 Golf Tournament: On-Course Hospitality Interest Form

The 2025 Golf Tournament to benefit the GCA Education Foundation will be held on May 2, 2025 at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club. This form is to notify the GCA of your interest in being an On-Course Hospitality, it does not guarantee a spot.

On-Course Hospitality is no-cost to you. If you would like to make a donation to the GCA Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to workforce development in our industry through scholarships, programs, and various initiatives, you can do so here. (suggested donation: $500)

Examples: Spam musubi, beer, a variety of wines, soda, etc.

Will you be providing other activities or giveaways besides food?

Examples: Putting contest, guess the amount of pins in a jar, keychain giveaways.

Any requests or needs in regards to your tent location?

This does NOT guarantee you will get a particular location or we can provide you with your requests, but will help us in the final placement of On-Course Hospitality vendors.
