She brings over 20 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management professor she partnered with contractors for research in the development\, facilitation and \;assessment of training. She currently teaches virtual\, hybrid and in seat courses in Project Management\, Field Supervision and Construction technical areas.
