No driving during the course is permitted.  Camera\, either built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.  Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred  Computer/device mic and speakers are ok if in private\, quiet room. Jim was instrumental in creating the first ever Construction Safety degree plan at Keene State University that awarded degrees to its first graduating class in 2019.\nJim currently serves as the Chairman for Government Affairs on the Associated General Contractors of America National Safety Committee. Jim is also the Co-Chairman of Associated General Contractors Crane Task Force and is a national stakeholder in this subject area.\nStephen M. Kinn | MSOH\nPresident\, Elite Health and Safety Services\n\nStephen M. Kinn is President of Elite Health and Safety Services\, LLC. He previously served as an Advanced Health\, Environmental & Safety Lead for Marathon Petroleum and Director of Safety for Donley's. In his current role\, he provides safety and health training\, management systems development\, corporate & project safety culture assessments\, OSHA consultations\, and incident investigations/management.\n\nMr. Kinn has a B.S. degree in Environmental and Hazardous Materials Management from the University of Findlay and a M.S. degree in Occupational Health / Industrial Hygiene from the Medical College of Ohio\, Toledo.
