June 22, 23, 24, 25, 2026 | 10 AM – 6 PM EDT | 4 AM - 12 PM HST

This 32-hour program encompasses four in-depth units covering everything from BIM basics to advanced technology, project execution, and implementation strategies. Completing the program qualifies you to earn the prestigious Certificate of Management – Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM), marking you as a leader in digital construction.

Courses will be offered online via the Zoom platform, a webcam is required for participation. Registration costs include all course participant’s materials.

Technology and Participation

For the classroom:

  • Please have Zoom downloaded.
  • Computer with dual monitor preferred.
  • Laptop is good with a separate tablet to access their etextbook.
  • Tablet or phone is ok with hardcopy textbook
  • Two mobile devices ok – one for the meeting and one for the e-textbook

For participation:

  • Camera, either built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.
  • Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred
  • Computer/device mic and speakers are ok if in private, quiet room.
  • Each student should be on their own computer/laptop/tablet, if possible. This will aid in learning and working within breakout groups during the course.

Meet Your Course Instructors:

Ryan Shultz


Ryan Shults is the VDC Manager, as well as a Project Manager, for Gilbane Building Company’s Houston office. The VDC group specializes in utilizing technology to aid the construction process. Ryan uses his background and experience in architecture to provide value on both the design and construction sides of projects. In his almost ten years in the AEC industry, Ryan has worked on project types ranging from aviation to high-rise commercial to K-12.

AGC/GCA Members:  $1,645.00 
Non Members: $2,075.00 

Includes all course participant’s manuals.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.

Transfer Policy: All transfers must be to courses starting within 90 days of the original course start date. Send transfer requests to rockkie.dunton@agc.org. 

AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
