Nazia Shah
Director, Safety & Health Services
AGC of America

Nazia is the Director of Safety and Health Services at the Associated General Contractors of America. For the past 7 years, Nazia has managed AGC of America’s training and education programs related to safety and health. She is also responsible for overseeing their member recognition programs. Nazia currently acts as the staff liaison to AGC’s Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Task Force, the goal of which is to engage with industry partners and legislators, gather best practices, and compile and/or develop resources for construction companies and their workers. Prior to AGC of America, Nazia worked in environmental consulting as a technical writer and industrial hygienist. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Earth Systems Science & Environmental Engineering from the City College of New York.

Tony Militello
Senior Vice President, West Region Director, Construction Safety and Risk Management

A longtime friend of AGC and its members and a CSEA finals judge for over a decade, Tony currently serves as the West Region Construction Safety and Risk Management Director for WTW, where he provides construction insurance risk control expertise and consultative services to general contractors, owners, and developers to deliver world class environment, safety, health, and sustainability solutions. Prior to joining WTW in 2023, Tony spent over 25 years providing global engineering, construction and EHS support for the Department of the Navy and nearly two years in an executive EHS leadership role with The Boeing Company.

Rocky Rowlett
Vice President of Safety

As vice president of safety, Rocky is responsible for maintaining the overall culture of safety and occupational health within all branches of Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI). This includes planning, developing and coordinating best of class safe practices and processes of personnel, materials, equipment and environments. Rocky joined Faith Technologies in 2014, and has more than 25 years of hands-on safety leadership experience, including establishing innovative processes and procedures that are in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Rocky is very active in many local and national safety and construction industry associations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and watching his kid’s sporting events.
