More than a rundown of bid opportunities, each session offers in-depth insights into priorities, funding outlooks, and long-term planning.

The Inside Track: Avalon Group, will feature one of Hawaii’s leading development firms and offer an exclusive look at the projects, trends, and investment strategies shaping the state’s private development landscape. From mixed-use communities and urban redevelopment to housing and commercial projects, this session will provide valuable insight into the opportunities driving construction activity across the islands.

Featured presenter Christine Camp, President & CEO of Avalon Group, will share updates on Avalon’s current and upcoming development initiatives, including projects transforming Honolulu’s urban core and expanding investment throughout Hawai‘i. DRESS CODE POLICY

Business, Business Casual, and/or Aloha Attire. The Pacific Club’s dress code policy prohibits slippers, athletic shoes, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, knit pullovers and tank tops from being worn at the club.

CELL PHONE POLICY

Cell phones and electronic devices should be switched to silent or vibrate while on Club property. Members and guests should not take phone calls under the Club roof. Permitted areas include the lawn, lobby phone booth, foyer, exterior walkways, and parking lot.

LATE REGISTRATION (5/26-6/8):

GCA members: $125
Non-members: $175

Registration Deadline and Cancellation policy:

The registration deadline for this program is May 26.  Full refunds will be made for cancellations received prior to that date.  After that date, no refunds will be granted.  Replacements accepted.
