Gilbane Building Company will be sharing its journey on establishing and running Employee Resource Groups (ERG). Three panelists will share their stories, and discuss lessons learned and the future vision of the ERGs.

This session includes a presentation followed by a panelist discussion and Q&A. You will hear perspectives from Gilbane’s corporate leadership, one of the influencers of Gilbane’s Pride ERG, and the Chair of Gilbane’s newest ERG - Asian Professionals in Construction (APIC).
