Tom Bonner has worked for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, since 2016, having joined as the County’s Capital Projects Program Director overseeing complex capital construction initiatives. In 2018, Tom assumed the position of Director of the Department of Assets and Infrastructure, restructuring the department to include management of capital construction initiatives along with the County’s physical road, bridge, park, trail, historic site, facility, and building infrastructure.

Pat L'Heureux is the lead on creating 3D models for Severino Trucking's projects and managing the equipment that can utilize this technology. He works directly with project managers, layout foremen, and operators to ensure QA/QC of data provided and a smooth user experience. He is a strong advocate for professional development and industry collaboration.
