AGC Webinar: AI for HR & Operations in Construction: Practical Use Cases That Actually Work

Thursday, March 19, 2026 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (HST)

Description

Description:

This webinar is designed for construction HR and operations professionals looking for realistic, practical ways to use AI to reduce administrative burden and better support their teams. Rather than focusing on theory or future possibilities, this session will walk through how construction companies are actually using AI to streamline workflows—such as onboarding support, policy navigation, resume screening, and internal communications—and show how AI can be applied in a responsible, repeatable way. The session will focus on high-impact use cases and foundational workflows that attendees can understand and experiment with right away.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and describe practical HR and operations use cases where AI can consistently save time and improve consistency within construction organizations.
  • Explain how AI can be applied to support tasks such as employee onboarding questions, policy lookups, and resume review, while distinguishing the boundaries between AI support and necessary human judgment.
  • Evaluate examples of how AI can reduce bias and improve clarity in HR and operations workflows.
  • Differentiate between one-off AI uses and durable, reusable AI systems, and determine when each approach is most appropriate.
