November 19, 20 and 21, 2024
Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors is a three-day class joint training program provided by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu Engineer District (HED) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, NAVFAC Pacific.
This training is a mandatory certification requirement for an appointed Contractor Quality Control System Manager (CQCSM) that is good for 5 years.
Due to high demand, only two (2) employees per company, per course. Participants will receive an EMAIL if no seats are available.

Class will be held Tuesday, November 19th to Thursday, November 21st noon to 3:30 pm HST daily. Please log in 15 to 20 minutes early on each day to ensure connection and audio/visual capabilities before the start time. This allows for on time start and finish to be maintained. Each student will be required to check-in each day and verify audio and camera working before class begins.
Requirements for Students:
NAVFAC will be providing an "on-line" training via Microsoft TEAMS and proctor test at the end of training. The email invitation with link will be sent out before the class from the NAVFAC Hawaii instructor. The class will require students to keep cameras on during the class and test. The test will use Microsoft Forms accessed by internet browser. Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Safari to use during the class and for the test. After verification from NAVFAC that the test has been completed, the evaluation completed, the student may leave the on-line session. If there are any changes to the test requirements, instructions will be given during the training. Final results and certificate information will be given by GCA representative and questions regarding these matters should be directed to GCA after class is completed.
Student shall not be allowed to share devices and must be in separate rooms or at least 10ft apart if in the same room. Computer with camera with internet access using a latest version of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Safari is required. Students will need to have a microphone and audio capabilities with browser based Microsoft Teams. Students will need to be able to participate through browser video and audio to receive certification.

Attendees will be confirmed via EMAIL if there is a space available.
No refunds for NO SHOWS and/or CANCELLATIONS less than 5 days prior to the start of class. Replacements accepted.

Recommend that you test your computer’s microphone and camera prior to the class.
There is no additional call-in phone number available and audio is through the web browser meeting and participant’s computer.
