Honolulu’s rail future is approaching fast, bringing with it the promise of true transit-oriented development in Iwilei/Kapalama. But transforming this complex, multi-landowner district into a thriving TOD community comes with unique infrastructure and planning challenges. Join the AIA–ACECH–GCA Committee for an engaging and timely conversation with two of the area’s most influential landowners, Castle & Cooke Hawaii and Kamehameha Schools.
Moderated by Lance Wilhelm of The Wilhelm Group, this lively discussion will feature Garret Matsunami, President of Castle & Cooke Hawaii, and Serge Krivatsy, Acting Managing Director of Planning, Industry, and Development for Kamehameha Schools, as they share their perspectives on what it will take to turn vision into reality.
