Mayor Rick Blangiardi and Dean Uchida, Director of the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP), will provide the City’s perspective on the current water situation involving Red Hill as it relates to future development, as well as provide an update on the status of the administration’s on-going efforts to reorganize and modernize DPP.
