By the end of this Workshop, the student will be able to:

  •   Understand Digital Twins:  Define what digital twins are and their significance in various industries. Recognize the core concepts and components of a digital twin.
  •   Explore Digital Twin Technologies:  Identify the technologies and tools commonly used in creating and managing digital twins. Evaluate the suitability of different technologies for specific use cases. 
  •   Develop a Digital Twin Strategy: Define clear business objectives for implementing digital twins in their organization.  Create a roadmap for the successful implementation of digital twin projects. 
  •   Learn Data Management and Integration: Understand the importance of data in digital twin projects. Learn how to collect, store, preprocess, and integrate data from various sources into a digital twin. 
  •   Gain Hands‐On Experience (Optional):  Build a basic digital twin model using a digital twin platform. Visualize data and understand the practical aspects of working with digital twins. 
  •   Explore Use Cases: Examine real‐world applications of digital twins in AECO industries. Identify how digital twins can enhance decision‐making and operational efficiency. 
  •   Plan for Implementation: Formulate a plan to apply digital twin concepts and technologies in their own work or organization.

Courses are delivered via the Zoom Platform; a webcam and mic are required for participation. Headsets or earbuds are strongly recommended.

 Prior to registering, here are the steps to get you and anyone else registered for courses:

  • Click on the registration link.
  • Click on New Registration in the red text box.
  • To login, you can click on Login in the red text box and enter your username and password, or you can use the Lookup option in the red text box by entering the email address of the participating registrant. (If using the email lookup option and you receive a message saying “0 contacts found”, click continue and proceed if you aren’t an AGC member, if you are an AGC member, visit Create Account (agc.org) to create a new member profile first). Once your member profile is complete, allow up to 24 hours for your member profile to be verified, after which you should receive the member rate.

Pricing

Cost for the program is $400.00 for members.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org. 

AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
