About the Course

Set yourself apart by completing the full AGC’s Supervisory Training Program, 10th Edition (STP) – a comprehensive, construction-specific leadership development series. When you register for all six units, you’ll not only build a well-rounded supervisory skillset but also receive a discounted rate for your full-series commitment.

Each unit focuses on a core area essential to effective field leadership:

Unit 1: Leadership and Motivation Discover what motivates teams and how to lead with purpose and impact.

Unit 2: Communication Learn how to communicate clearly and effectively with workers, peers, and management.

Unit 3: Planning and Scheduling Master the tools needed to plan work, manage resources, and reduce delays.

Unit 4: Contract Documents Understand key construction documents and your role in navigating project requirements.

Unit 5: Improving Productivity and Managing Project Costs Gain strategies for reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and controlling job costs.

Unit 6: Risk Management and Problem Solving Identify risks early and apply proven techniques for resolving field issues quickly.
