Event Overview

AGC’s Leadership for Project Executives Course (LPEC) prepares aspiring and newly appointed project executives to step confidently into the complex, high impact responsibilities of executive level project leadership. Designed for professionals with a minimum of eight years of project management experience, this intensive program builds on participants’ existing operational expertise and equips them with the leadership, strategic, and financial capabilities required to guide project teams and business outcomes at an executive level.

Upon completion of the course, attendees will leave with:

  • Enhanced leadership techniques to inspire, motivate, and guide project teams more effectively.
  • stronger understanding of financial administration and its critical role in achieving project success.
  • Improved ability to negotiate fair, balanced contracts and subcontracts that protect project and organizational interests.
  • Deeper self‑awareness of personal leadership and communication styles, enabling more intentional, effective leadership behaviors.
  • Strategic project executive mindset necessary to drive successful project outcomes.
