If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel your registration, please submit your request to the AGC Meetings Department in one of two ways: 

1. Complete the online request form: AGC of America Registration Cancellation Request – Fill out form

2. Send an email to meetings@agc.org (include your full name and company)

All cancellation requests are subject to AGC approval. No refunds or transfers will be accepted over the phone.

• Registrations canceled within 48 hours of the original registration date are eligible for a full refund without a cancellation fee. 

• After the 48-hour grace period, cancellation requests must be submitted 30 or more days prior to the start of the event.

• Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the conference will be refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee per registrant.

• Registrations canceled fewer than 30 days prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund.

• New registrations completed fewer than 30 days prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend without prior cancellation.

• All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Registration Transfers: Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual from the same organization through their online attendee profile at no cost.

• Registration transfers to another individual must be completed 7 days or more prior to the event.

• Requests for staff-assisted transfers to another individual will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Transfers to future AGC events are not permitted. If the attendee cannot participate, they must cancel based on the above refund policy.
