Mikki and Jenna have extensive experience in stormwater compliance at construction sites that support the County’s MS4 program and other stormwater compliance programs in the Hawaii. Jenna is a project environmental engineer. She has over four years of experience in environmental compliance, with a focus in construction. She also has experience in both permitting and on-site stormwater compliance work for private developments. Jenna's focus for the environment originates from growing up on the neighboring island of Kaua'i. Jenna enjoys traveling both back to her home island of Kaua'i and beyond. Mikki Slentz is a licensed engineer in Hawaiʻi and California. She has more than 13 years of MS4 program management and varied stormwater experience. She is well versed in construction and post-construction BMP compliance as well as MS4 and other stormwater regulations. Any spare time she has she spends with her two children. Her oldest just turned 3 and her youngest is just over 1.
