General Contractors must avoid a two-front war between their owners and subcontractors. They must review and pass-through claims in a timely manner but avoid the trap of making false claims. In this webinar, attendees will learn the differences between termination for convenience and termination for cause. You will gain an understanding of when termination is legally justified and explore whether termination is advisable. Additionally, we will cover defenses for and alternatives to termination, along with guidelines on how to terminate properly.
