In a Jointly sponsored discussion about the Department of Labor’s rule changes impacting Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA), HUD and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage & Hour Division will be hosting a discussion of the DOL’s recent rule change to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA).

This is expected to be a first presentation on this topic for HUD program participants in the western United States. We will be hosting a virtual event from HUD’s Boise Field Office with Microsoft TEAMs connection. Registration is free and open to the public. Please register using HUD’s Emark system.
