Spencer Dung, CFP®, ChFC®

Spencer Dung was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and grew up in the Financial Services industry, watching both his Mom and Grandfather guide families to find financial success and stability. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics, Southern California quickly became his second home as he started his career in Wealth Management, following in his family’s footsteps.

Spencer spent the first six years in the industry at Foresters Financial in San Diego, working his way up to Assistant Vice President where he was responsible for recruiting, training, and developing advisors. Under the guidance of Spencer and his team, the San Diego office rose to be one of the highest producing and most awarded offices in the nationwide organization. While proud of this accomplishment, it wasn’t where he felt his calling, so he decided to join WestPac Wealth Partners and return to working directly with individuals, families, and organizations to help them make their dreams a reality.

Theo Stiller
Financial Coach

As a Financial Coach with WestPac Wealth Partners, Theo Stiller feels that he’s achieved a great deal in his professional career. Mr. Stiller’s idea of success comes from helping other people accomplish their goals. He enjoys networking and meeting new and interesting people. Mr. Stiller has achieved multiple high-level financial goals as well as holding offices to several volunteer organizations. Theo specialize in business/estate planning, Asset protection and investments, as well as life and disability insurance. He works closely with each client to customize a plan that will work with their specific lifestyle and coaches his clients to live their best lives.

Samantha joined WestPac under its original name, Wealth Strategy Partners, in 2010 creating her own position along with its unique business model. A native of Boston, she has called Honolulu home since 2004. Sam has won several awards including Pacific Business News “40 Under 40”class of 2019 and Women Who Mean Business’s "Women To Watch" for her service as a mentor and role model for other professionals throughout her company and the business community.

Sam puts a strong emphasis on engaging and introducing new opportunities and strategic business relationships to those whom she meets. Samantha has also greatly improved the way relationships are established throughout her company with CPA's, Attorneys, and other Business Consultants. She helps business owners make the best use of these connections through the various stages of a business from start up, to growth and eventual succession. She is a firm believer that "No one cares how much you know unless they know how much you care."
