The Inside Track: Department of Hawaiian Home Lands highlights one of Hawai‘i’s most significant drivers of land development and housing infrastructure. This session provides a direct look at DHHL’s project pipeline, infrastructure priorities, and long-term planning that are shaping homestead and community development opportunities statewide.
Featured presenter Kali Watson, Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission, will share insights into upcoming subdivision development, infrastructure activation, and capital improvement initiatives across the islands, as well as give an update on Act 279. Attendees will gain valuable perspective on how DHHL’s land development strategy translates into near- and long-term construction opportunities.
