Description
The Inside Track is a live, in-person event series that brings together leaders from key public and private sectors to share critical updates on upcoming construction projects across Hawaii. More than a rundown of bid opportunities, each session offers in-depth insights into priorities, funding outlooks, and long-term planning.
The Inside Track: Department of Transportation
...will focus on one of Hawai‘i’s most vital sectors, transportation. From moving people to moving goods, the strength of our economy and quality of life depends on modern, resilient infrastructure and the contractors who make it possible.
With major investments underway across highways, harbors, and airports, this session offers a direct line to HDOT decision-makers and program leads. Attendees will gain first access to upcoming capital improvement and maintenance projects, learn about changes in procurement and compliance, and engage in a live Q&A.
- Highways Division: Updates on road and bridge projects, climate resilience, smart technology, and expanded federal funding.
- Airports Division: Insights into terminal expansions, airfield improvements, sustainability initiatives, and modernization plans.
- Harbors Division: Developments in harbor expansion, cargo yard upgrades, and long-term maritime infrastructure planning.
Whether you’re already working in transportation or looking to break into this critical sector, this is a must-attend opportunity.
Stay informed. Stay connected. Stay competitive.
