Beginning by teaching employees when and how to use ChatGPT as a brainstorming and writing partner, this essential course spotlights the features of ChatGPT that make it a useful productivity and skills-development tool. However, the course then highlights ChatGPT’s limitations and the repercussions of those limitations, among them, generating inaccurate facts, citing questionable sources, and the exposure of private or confidential employee and organizational information.
